We're dedicated to embedding diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging practices into every aspect of Murmuration. We established a set of DEIB practices to help us achieve our commitment to fostering a culture where every voice is heard and valued from a team member's first interaction with our organization to their regular team meetings. These DEIB practices make our work and culture stronger and more impactful and are lived and embodied every day at Murmuration:
