From onboarding to growth, our team brings the right mix of data expertise, strategic thinking, and genuine investment in partner outcomes to help them build power in their communities.
Partner Success Management
Our Partner Success Managers are the primary points of contact for Organizer partners. We work closely with each partner to understand their goals, build out a tailored success plan, and provide ongoing strategic guidance that keeps partners moving forward with clarity and confidence.
Data Success Management
Our Data Success team helps partners get the most out of Organizer's data capabilities. From onboarding and data imports to geospatial analysis and custom reporting, we make sure partners have clean, actionable data that powers smarter organizing decisions.
Tech Support
Our Tech Support team is available whenever partners have questions or run into issues. We provide responsive, knowledgeable support so partners can spend less time troubleshooting and more time organizing.

We offer all partners:
A standard onboarding experience gets your team up and running quickly and confidently. You'll have monthly check-ins with your Success team — your Partner Success Manager and Data Success Manager — to help you get the most out of Organizer, Atlas, and your own imported data. You'll also have access to our Tech Support team for day-to-day questions and troubleshooting, as well as Murmuration's full library of resources, guides, trainings, and best practices.
When your support needs grow:
We offer weekly check-ins with your Success team — your Partner Success Manager and Data Success Manager — along with deeper data support to help you build a data strategy, surface key insights to inform strategic decisions, actively maintain your data, and set up the report generation you need. We can also develop tailored training to meet your team's specific learning goals in Organizer.
For larger organizations, coalitions, and initiatives:
We extend your capacity with a dedicated team — including a full-time Partner Success Manager and Data Success Manager — embedded in your work. Together, we develop custom systems, build strategies alongside your team, and set up the right data flows to help you reach your goals.
